John has been performing since the early 80's. He has been in nearly a dozen bands, ranging from Reggae, Metal, Punk, and Folk/Americana. His musical career has led him up and down the West Coast performing at everything from small venues to the main stage at annual outdoor festivals. His projects have opened for many famous bands, most noteworthy being Bob Marley's "The Wailers" and many other international reggae and rock bands. His talents even landed him a role as a street musician in the award-winning movie "Wild", starring Reese Witherspoon.
